The West Virginia State Firemen’s Association (WVSFA) is proud to offer scholarships to those desiring to further their post-secondary education for the betterment of themselves, their fire departments, the fire service in general, and the communities they serve. WV SFA scholarships are named in honor of David Harman, Past President of our Association, Life Member, and a long-time advocate and champion of education; William “Bill” Bailey, of Bill Bailey Insurance Services who has tirelessly held fundraisers to support our scholarship efforts; and John K. Finley, of Finley Fire Equipment, who has endowed a scholarship to promote the educational development of our members and their families. We are grateful to these leaders and honor them with these scholarship awards.
