2025 WVSFA CONVENTION

We are offering opportunities for sponsorship of our 97th Annual Convention, along with advertising opportunities in the convention program, and will have space to offer vendors and exhibitors. For information, contact WVSFA2025@gmail.com.

​We are excited to announce that the dates for our 2025 WVSFA Convention have been set! The event is scheduled for August 6-9, 2025, at the Hollywood Casino in West Virginia. You can now make reservations at The Hampton Inn, where we've secured a group rate of $122 per night. This rate is valid from the evening of Tuesday, August 5, through the evening of Friday, August 8. Please ensure your booking by July 8, 2025, to secure this rate, subject to room availability.

Note, once we hit 40 rooms booked, Hampton Inn may provide us with more rooms for the per diem rate at the end of January. If you haven’t booked yet, you can wait until February to book.
